About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial operations of the organization. The CFO will be a key player in the company's transition to a fully integrated, high-growth manufacturing platform, with a focus on financial discipline, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. This role demands a strategic finance leader who can also be a hands-on operator, overseeing all financial activities and driving modernization across processes, systems, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team, building scalable workflows, and strengthening financial infrastructure to support the company's expansion plans. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a background in manufacturing, industrials, or other capital-intensive businesses, with a proven track record of building and scaling finance teams in high-growth environments. Strong experience in FP&A, cash management, and operational finance is essential, as is the ability to work closely with founders or entrepreneurs. The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a preference for those with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP experience. The ideal CFO will be adept at creating structure, be energized by operational complexity, and possess the maturity and agility needed in a rapidly evolving manufacturing setting.
