About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Operations to spearhead its commercial expansion. This senior, hands-on leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue generation, go-to-market execution, and customer-facing performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and executing commercial strategy, owning the sales function, and leading a high-performing team to ensure sustainable, profitable growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership, translating objectives into sales plans, and using data to track and adjust performance. The role also involves market positioning, demand creation, and enhancing the customer experience through proactive account stewardship. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of senior sales or commercial leadership experience, with a preference for a BS/BA degree. While not mandatory, experience in the distribution and electrical components industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable growth, strong sales coaching and people-development skills, and the ability to lead a team in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
