About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader and strategic operator, responsible for aligning people, operations, and administrative strategy with the company's growth. This role is pivotal in leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support the expansion of the business. The Vice President of Human Resources will also oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and the full employee lifecycle, and will be a champion of culture-building initiatives and DE&I programs. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong command of multi-state employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations. The role requires a proven ability to build and scale people, recruiting, and operational infrastructure in fast-paced environments, as well as experience in executive-level recruiting and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or construction, and industry experience in these sectors is strongly preferred. Certification in HR (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and experience with modern HRIS and ATS platforms are a plus. The Vice President of Human Resources will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, with a focus on fostering a culture of shared growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
