About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (COO/CFO) to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, responsible for the integration of financial, IT, and real estate functions to support the organization's growth. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in mission-driven environments, extensive senior leadership experience, and a deep understanding of financial and operational management. They should also have experience in team leadership, change management, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. While not mandatory, familiarity with higher education, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector, as well as experience in real estate and IT, is preferred. The role requires a leader who can drive results, champion innovation, and build a culture of collaboration and high performance.
