About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Student Experience to serve as the Chief Student Affairs Officer and Chief Retention Officer. This executive leader will be responsible for the strategic visioning and operational oversight of a holistic student experience, with a focus on creating a transformational, safe, and supportive community that fosters a profound sense of belonging and purpose. The VPSE will also be the primary architect of strategies to improve student retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes, ensuring that all students are connected to the necessary resources to thrive. Candidates for the VPSE position at the company should have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. strongly preferred, and a significant record of progressive leadership in student affairs. The role requires a proven track record in improving retention and persistence rates, as well as experience in managing complex student issues with a balance of compassion and firm leadership. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Group, working closely with the President and other executives to uphold the institution's mission and values.
