About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief AI and Data Officer (CAIDO) to join its founding executive team. The CAIDO will be a key technical leader, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of data, AI, and technology strategy, architecture, and delivery. This role is pivotal in supporting community leaders with advanced data, technology, and AI capabilities, enabling them to measure outcomes, share impact stories, and make informed, evidence-based decisions. Key responsibilities for the CAIDO include serving as the founding technical leader, providing technical guidance and support to community organizations, and leading the design and distribution of data management tools and AI workflows. The role also involves managing a technical budget, overseeing the technical roadmap, and ensuring the organization's technical infrastructure is scalable and secure. The successful candidate will be a humble, pragmatic, and deeply capable builder, with a blended background in high technology and impact-oriented organizations.
