The Company is in search of a President for its Coastal Region, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned healthcare executive with a proven track record in multi-hospital system leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic, operational, financial, and cultural performance of the region, which is characterized by a strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience. The ideal candidate for the President, Coastal Region role at the company will have prior experience as a President, CEO, or COO within a multi-hospital system or defined region, and must demonstrate a strong background in financial leadership, physician engagement, and system integration. Credibility with boards, clinicians, and community stakeholders is essential, as is a leadership style that is grounded in trust, visibility, and values alignment. The role is not just about managing the healthcare facilities but also about being a visible executive presence in the coastal communities, government, and with external partners.
