Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be senior marketing executives with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on direct marketing experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling promotional products and a strong background in developing efficient marketing strategies across various channels. Leadership skills, a passion for customer advocacy, and the ability to manage a marketing budget and expenditures are also key requirements. The CMO should be a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities, proficient in MS Office and business software, and hold a BSc/BA in a relevant field, with an MBA/MA being a plus.
