About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a strong focus on collaborative environments, responsible for shaping the future of the organization through people initiatives, culture development, and organizational leadership. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of People & Culture include leading and executing people and culture strategies that align with organizational goals, partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, and overseeing essential HR functions such as employee engagement, compensation strategy, benefits administration, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a professional with 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, strong emotional intelligence, and a proven track record in leading culture-focused HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation, payroll, and benefits administration, with a preference for those experienced in HRIS systems, particularly with Paycom. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is essential, and experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting is also preferred. The Vice President of People & Culture will have the opportunity to influence executive leadership decisions and build scalable people processes that support long-term growth within the organization.
