About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in high-growth, technology-enabled services, SaaS, managed services, or government services environments. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and the A&RO Committee, providing forward-looking financial leadership, and will be responsible for long-range financial strategy, capital planning, and scenario modeling. This role demands a leader who can optimize capital structure, liquidity, and financing strategies, and ensure the company is prepared for potential strategic transactions. The successful candidate will also be tasked with upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership, and will be expected to lead the finance function in a mission-driven, culture-aligned manner. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior finance leadership experience, including a role as a CFO or enterprise-level finance leader in a high-growth organization. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of financial strategy, capital planning, and the ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable insights. Experience in preparing organizations for various strategic outcomes and a proven track record of leading seller-side transaction processes are essential.
