About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its philanthropic efforts in support of community-rooted organizations. They must be adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, and be prepared to serve as a visible spokesperson for the Foundation. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a strong background in fundraising, with the ability to raise a minimum of $6 million annually, and a history of successful outreach to both traditional and non-traditional funding sources. The role requires a leader with excellent management skills, a strategic thinker capable of innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to governance. The ideal CEO will have a high level of emotional intelligence, be a dedicated and inspiring communicator, and demonstrate a commitment to the values of the Foundation. They should be prepared to mentor and engage with emerging leaders, and be a courageous individual who is unafraid to speak truth to power.
