About the Role

Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in a leadership role. A deep understanding of financial principles, and practices, and a strong ability to develop and implement financial strategies are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate financial information and work collaboratively with other team members. A background in non-profit financial management and a passion for the company's mission of promoting healing, equity, and justice are highly valued. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a CPA or MBA is a plus.
