About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's commitment to community-based solutions, and equitable and inclusive practices, and will work to improve financial conditions for those affected by the criminal legal system. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in a leadership role. A deep understanding of financial principles, and practices, and a strong ability to develop and implement financial strategies are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate financial information and work collaboratively with other team members. A background in non-profit financial management and a passion for the company's mission of promoting healing, equity, and justice are highly valued. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a CPA or MBA is a plus.
