About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Northern Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for its multi-market industrial construction operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a major regional footprint. This senior executive role involves driving regional growth through strategic planning, client engagement, workforce development, and operational excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining full operational and financial accountability, leading strategic growth initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and trade partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial construction, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or operational role, and a proven track record of leading large self-perform construction teams. A deep understanding of project delivery methods, financial acumen, and proficiency in lean construction principles are essential. The role requires an individual with executive presence, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strong client orientation. Experience in heavy industrial sectors and familiarity with union labor environments are preferred. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, analytical, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
