About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean of Enrollment Management to join its historic and inclusive community. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for crafting and executing a bold, diversified strategic enrollment management plan. This role involves shaping institutional strategy, articulating a compelling value proposition, and utilizing research to inform enrollment strategies. The Dean will work closely with the Head of School and the senior administrative team to ensure that the school's recruitment and enrollment efforts are aligned with its mission and strategic direction. A key focus will be on extending the school's reach to diverse, mission-aligned students and families, with an emphasis on growing the domestic full-pay market and building a diversified international pipeline. Applicants for the Dean of Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in admission/enrollment management. The role requires a deep understanding of the budget drivers that impact school finances, as well as a commitment to the power of an all-girls education. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a creative problem-solver, and a passionate advocate for the student experience. Superior interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and build high-functioning teams.
