About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Group Account Lead with a focus on Speaker Bureau and Peer-to-Peer Engagement programs. The successful candidate will be a strategic, client-facing leader with a proven track record in compliant HCP engagement, operational excellence, and the ability to drive high-impact omnichannel speaker strategies across various therapeutic areas. Key responsibilities for this role include serving as a senior strategic lead for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading integrated teams to deliver innovative and measurable speaker bureau solutions. The VP will also be responsible for providing expert guidance on speaker bureau design, overseeing program execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must have 10-15+ years of experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or a healthcare agency environment, with a deep expertise in speaker bureau and peer-to-peer programs. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, the ability to manage large, complex accounts, and a proven track record in leading senior client relationships. Experience in financial management, including P&L ownership and driving organic account growth, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, cardiology, or rare disease, and experience with digital transformation of speaker programs. Key competencies include strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a strong compliance mindset.
