About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its investment team, with a focus on digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evaluation and execution of investments in data centers and hyperscale infrastructure. This role involves building, owning, and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses, as well as driving due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations. The Vice President will also be expected to partner with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives, and support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-10 years' of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing, with a strong background in transaction experience and a proven track record of increasing ownership in deal execution. Prior experience in digital infrastructure, including data centers, cloud, and fiber, is essential. The role requires advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, as well as demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage workstreams and junior talent. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
