About the Role

This role involves providing leadership and oversight in various areas, including community engagement, fundraising, membership and program development, operational effectiveness, and financial stewardship. The CEO will be expected to balance internal leadership with an outward-facing presence, building strong partnerships across diverse communities, and guiding the organization with clarity and confidence. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive executive experience, preferably in non-profit leadership. The role requires a leader who is team-oriented, results-driven, and has a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups. Strategic leadership, including the ability to lead transformational change and position the organization as a trusted brand in youth development, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in fundraising, financial management, and program development, with a focus on data-driven strategies to enhance growth and impact. Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for talent, culture, and team development, ensuring a high-performance, engaged, and empowered staff.
