Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a private equity or private investment role, along with at least one year in investment banking or management consulting, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in financial analysis software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
