About the Role

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in business strategy functions, with a strong background in advanced analytics, digital marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in team management, CRM and data systems, and a deep understanding of the sports, entertainment, or venue industry. The VP will also be responsible for talent development, program measurement, and optimization, and must have a background in financial modeling and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the digital guest experience and a track record of driving business performance through data-driven decision-making and the integration of emerging technologies.
