About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, financial, and organizational leadership in partnership with the Artistic Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, strengthening its financial sustainability, and cultivating relationships with various stakeholders. This role involves leading fundraising and development efforts, building partnerships to expand the company's artistic and educational impact, and ensuring that the organization's programs and operations align with its vision. The Executive Director will also manage a team, including a Director of Operations, a Development team, and a fractional CFO, to ensure strong alignment between artistic and educational programming, organizational resources, and community impact. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have demonstrated leadership experience in nonprofit management, arts administration, or related fields. Key qualifications include experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant development, as well as strong relationship-building and communication skills.
