About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel/Partner Attorney with a focus on Labor and Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex litigation from start to finish, which includes drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court and arbitration settings. The ideal candidate will also be involved in legal research, providing sound legal advice, and participating in business development activities. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to the Bar and in good standing, and have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in labor and employment litigation, with a focus on wage and hour, class action, PAGA, and FEHA. The role requires a high level of legal expertise, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
