About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Financial Sponsors Group. The successful candidate will be part of a global team that serves the private equity industry, delivering a comprehensive suite of investment banking solutions. Responsibilities include supporting the development of the FSG investment banking franchise, assisting with the coverage of financial sponsor clients, and contributing to transaction origination and execution. The role demands a high level of integrity, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a proven track record in investment banking, with at least 10 years' of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess core banking skills, client skills, and strong communication abilities. A passion for the investment banking industry and the ability to develop high-effective working relationships are essential. The role requires a proactive individual with the initiative and judgment to act in the best interest of the business. A Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses are necessary, with the possibility of a contingency period to obtain the licenses at the manager's discretion.
