About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of International Accounting to take on a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all non-U.S. accounting operations. This senior leadership position is within the International Finance Group and comes with the responsibility of ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of the international finance function. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and developing the international accounting team, owning the close processes for all non-U.S. subsidiaries, and managing multi-currency accounting, intercompany activity, and global consolidation inputs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing statutory reporting cycles, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and service firms, and driving global controls framework, audit readiness, and risk management initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of International Accounting role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting experience, with a CPA or equivalent strongly preferred. A strong background in Big 4 public accounting and/or private equity/investment management is essential, as is deep experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and international accounting operations. The role requires a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with local GAAP exposure being a plus, and experience in managing teams and external service providers across jurisdictions. Proficiency in Workday and/or ERP systems is also strongly preferred. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity that demands a candidate with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and make strategic decisions within a sophisticated global investment platform.
