About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and results-driven VP/Director of Sales to lead and expand its sales organization across key markets. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share within the food manufacturing and private-label sectors. This executive leader will oversee national sales operations, key account management, business development initiatives, and sales team performance, while collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and product development teams. Key responsibilities for the VP/Director of Sales include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with major customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves establishing sales forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics, as well as negotiating high-level contracts and pricing agreements. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in the food manufacturing industry, particularly in frozen food or pizza manufacturing, and knowledge of retail, foodservice, and private-label sales channels are preferred.
