This role is pivotal in overseeing a significant portion of the organization's operating footprint, with a focus on driving performance, standardization, and scalable growth. Key responsibilities include operational leadership across multiple service lines, P&L ownership, and financial management, as well as strategic execution and transformation. The VP will also be responsible for team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and significant P&L responsibility. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution orientation, comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments, and a data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen. Experience in both fee-for-service and value-based care models is essential, as is the ability to lead through influence in matrixed, fast-paced organizations.
