About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its global manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing global manufacturing and fulfillment strategies, leading operations across multiple facilities and regions, and optimizing the internal factory and manufacturing partner network. This role demands a leader who can build scalable operational systems, drive lean transformation, and establish quality and operational governance. The COO will also be a key partner to commercial and technology leadership, ensuring that operational capabilities align with growth strategy and customer needs. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related field, and hold certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies. Senior executive experience in complex operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is essential, with a strong preference for those who have worked in highly regulated sectors. The role requires a proven track record in operational transformation, the ability to lead through change, and a customer-oriented mindset. The COO will be expected to lead with a collaborative, transparent, and accountable style, and to build and retain a strong global operations leadership team.
