Key responsibilities for the President include leading the global expansion strategy, building localization strategies, and ensuring cohesive brand introduction in new markets. The role also involves driving the global marketing vision, collaborating on scalable campaigns, and ensuring strong alignment between product innovation, branding, and market demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brand leadership, with a proven track record in global brand building, digital strategy, and cross-cultural consumer engagement. Deep understanding of franchise management, growth strategy, and multi-unit operations is essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in diverse markets and navigate regional regulatory environments. The President will be expected to own the global P&L, drive financial performance, and build a high-performing international leadership team that fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
