The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial operations, budget preparation, and financial reporting. Experience in grant accounting, investor reporting, or other externally funded programs is also essential. The CFO will be expected to lead core accounting functions, manage and develop finance staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
