About the Role

The Company is seeking a President for its Health Plan, a key executive role with a focus on guiding the strategy, profitability, and sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the health plan, including finance, operations, clinical affairs, technology, regulatory compliance, and community and government relations. This leadership position demands a deep understanding of Medicaid managed care, the ability to anticipate and adapt to evolving policies, and a proven track record of leading change. The President will work closely with a team of subordinate executives and staff to promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and achievement, and must be an exceptional communicator, capable of fostering collaborative relationships both within the organization and with external partners. The ideal candidate for the President role at the company's Health Plan will have a minimum of 5 years' of executive-level management experience in a health plan, with a total of 15 years' in a healthcare organization. A Bachelor's degree in finance or healthcare administration is required, with a Master's degree in a related field. The role demands a leader with superior leadership skills, extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, and a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting. The President should be adept at strategic planning, resource allocation, and have a proven ability to manage and control financial resources. Professional collaboration, staff management, and a commitment to the mission of the organization are also essential attributes. The candidate must be politically aware, diplomatic, and demonstrate a commitment to a collaborative organizational culture.
