Key responsibilities for the Chief Legal Officer at the company include overseeing the legal department's operations, managing and supporting litigation strategies, and ensuring the highest quality of legal representation. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, a minimum of 15 years of legal experience, and a proven track record of leadership in a legal setting.
