This pivotal role is focused on shaping the future of obstetric care, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, clinical excellence, innovation, and academic advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and operational framework for obstetric care, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care, and supporting the department's academic mission. Key responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership of Labor & Delivery services, oversight of clinical quality and safety initiatives, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and active engagement in medical education, quality improvement, research, and scholarly activities. Candidates for the Chief of Obstetrics position at the company should hold an MD or equivalent degree, be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and be eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Florida.
