About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven organization. The CFO will be a key partner to the executive leadership, driving financial strategy and long-term planning in alignment with the company's focus on building healthier communities through accessible, high-quality care. This role involves leading the annual budgeting process, providing oversight of a significant operating budget, and ensuring financial performance is in line with the company's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing cash flow, and guiding grant budgeting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an advanced degree and CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, with a background in healthcare or a highly regulated environment being a plus. The CFO will be expected to have a strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards, and be a clear communicator capable of translating financial data into strategic insights. Experience in managing large budgets and a proven track record of leading, developing, and supporting finance and billing teams are also essential for this role.
