About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee and lead all financial operations, accounting, forecasting, reporting, and information technology functions across multiple business locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. This executive role requires a strategic business partner who can provide financial insight, improve operational performance, and support long-term business objectives. Key responsibilities include owning the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting processes, leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a CPA certification and at least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience within manufacturing or product-based organizations are preferred. The role demands a leader who can proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and who is adept at overseeing contract review, pricing support, capital investment analysis, and working capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in developing and strengthening the finance organization through leadership, mentorship, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
