Key responsibilities for the CGO include setting a long-term vision for philanthropy, collaborating with the leadership team to set measurable business growth goals, and ensuring the organization's products and services remain innovative and competitive. The role also involves expanding the client base by identifying and cultivating new high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a dedication to top-notch customer service, organize high-impact donor experiences, and ensure alignment across the foundation's teams on revenue growth and customer experience priorities. A minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in business development, sales, marketing, strategy, or a related field is required, along with a deep understanding of the philanthropic sector and a proven track record of leading clear, results-driven strategies.
