About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, OPX Sales to lead the growth and expansion of its online program management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's fastest-growing and most strategic unit, owning the full enterprise sales lifecycle, and building strategic partnerships with higher education institutions. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals, particularly within the higher education, OPM, edtech, or adjacent sectors. The SVP will be expected to engage with senior university stakeholders, shape go-to-market strategies, and position the company's solutions as partners in the institutions' priorities. An entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the higher education landscape are essential. The ideal candidate for the SVP, OPX Sales position at the company will have executive presence, be a consultative seller, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and authenticity. They should be adept at operating with autonomy, leading a business area with limited structure, and be committed to building and scaling a high-performing sales team. The role demands a hands-on operator who is team-oriented, adaptable, and curious, particularly in embracing new ideas and technologies such as AI. The candidate should be self-directed, with a strong focus on collaboration and a culture of high performance. Experience in OPM, edtech, enterprise SaaS, or other complex, solution-based sales environments is preferred, and the ability to partner with leadership and drive a pipeline of opportunities is crucial.
