About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the transition to an operationally led private equity platform. This strategic position is tailored for future COOs and is focused on building and leading high-performance teams, driving cross-functional execution, and eliminating strategic bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have a background in performance marketing, growth operations, or agency leadership, with a strong command of metrics that drive enterprise value. Responsibilities include leading the hiring process, running high-leverage meetings, and building the necessary infrastructure for scale. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in removing operational roadblocks to ensure the executive team can concentrate on growth and strategic initiatives.
