Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of leadership experience in insurance or brokerage, and a strong reputation in the Employee Benefits market. The role requires a builder of teams, capable of attracting and integrating high-caliber talent, and a commitment to ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for developing others, and a commitment to leading according to the company's values. Responsibilities also include financial management, mergers, and building strong relationships with Carrier Representatives in the local market.
