About the Role

The Company is seeking a Land Development Manager and Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the land development process, with a focus on supporting the team in land acquisition, project planning, design, entitlement, and execution. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate development and a strong interest in the technical, legal, and financial aspects of the industry. Key responsibilities include supporting the development team in site planning, design, and budgeting, providing on-site support for construction projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in land development, real estate, construction management, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related discipline. The role requires the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, familiarity with land use regulations, zoning laws, and environmental statutes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of additional software such as Bluebeam, project management tools, and GIS is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
