About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction for its rapidly expanding network of hyperscale data centers across North America. This senior leadership position is pivotal, with full accountability for the construction delivery of multiple large campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for all construction activities, from pre-construction to closeout, and will have executive oversight of the process in all active U.S. markets. Key responsibilities include managing regional construction leadership, controlling CAPEX at the campus level, and acting as a strategic partner to various teams within the organization. The role demands a thought leader who can ensure client requirements are met, and who is adept at aligning stakeholders across development, operations, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in construction leadership, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale data center projects. Deep expertise in CSA and MEP on mission-critical builds, as well as strong commercial acumen in CAPEX control, forecasting, estimating, and cost optimization, are essential. The role requires a confident leader who is comfortable operating in an owner-operator environment and is willing to travel extensively.
