About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for directing the organization’s financial strategy and overseeing all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions to ensure strong financial performance and operational stability. The role will provide strategic financial leadership to executive stakeholders, manage cash flow and financial risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. In addition, the position will lead financial planning initiatives, support business growth and investment decisions through data-driven analysis, oversee audits and internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive senior finance leadership experience, with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational finance within complex or fast-paced organizations. They should demonstrate expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance, alongside strong commercial and analytical capabilities. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable, as well as proven experience leading teams, improving financial processes, and partnering effectively with executive leadership to support organizational growth and performance objectives.
