About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their Executive Team. The successful candidate will oversee diverse business operations, including housing management, housing development, and human resources, and will be responsible for fostering growth, efficiency, and results. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a non-profit organization or at an executive level in a corporation is also preferred. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate, cultivate key relationships, and represent the organization in various advocacy and public events. The COO will also be involved in securing grants, contracts, and philanthropic projects, as well as participating in expansion activities.
