The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Healthcare Procurement and Contract Strategy. Experience in key markets such as Chicago, Boston, New York, and New Jersey is a plus. Applicants for the Senior Director position should have a minimum of 10-12 years' of experience in a relevant field, a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related area (Master's degree preferred), and a proven track record of strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The role requires a candidate who is adept at data and financial analysis, report writing, and presentation, and who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of current legislative requirements related to health benefits and experience with union, Taft-Hartley Trust Funds, or mission-driven non-profit organizations is advantageous.
