The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, capable of managing a high-performing team and serving as a visible ambassador for the organization. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' professional fundraising experience, with a strong background in securing six and seven-figure gifts. The role requires a leader with a passion for the mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage both internally and externally. The CDO will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and senior leadership to ensure that the fundraising strategy is in line with the organization's priorities.
