Ideal candidates for the CEO position at the company will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of strategic leadership and management experience, preferably in JCCs, Jewish communal organizations, business, or the non-profit sector. The role demands a leader with a strong financial acumen, a proven ability in fundraising, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The CEO will be expected to provide exemplary executive leadership, maintain financial stability, and oversee the center's operations. They should be adept at working with a Board of Directors, committees, and volunteers, and have a general knowledge and appreciation of Jewish culture, practices, and tradition. The position is pivotal in promoting a culture of innovation, and inclusion, and in creating a sense of belonging and cultural continuity within the community.
