The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in dual-language or bilingual education, experience with school expansion, and a deep passion for education and commitment to student success and equity. They must possess strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. The role also demands a leader with a strategic mindset, hands-on operational rigor, and the ability to lead through crisis. The CEO will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors, maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and advocate for educational equity and the organization's mission. Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at innovative problem-solving, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit in their approach to leadership.
