About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic, hands-on leader, serving as a trusted business partner to the CEO and COO. This role is pivotal in owning enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, and performance, particularly in the context of multi-site U.S. and international operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, distribution, 3PL, or supply chain-intensive businesses, and will be responsible for architecting and executing financial strategy, annual budgets, and multi-year planning. The CFO will also be tasked with providing forward-looking insights to support growth, margin expansion, and capital deployment, as well as leading a high-performing finance organization and strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA and/or CPA highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a focus on roles such as CFO, VP Finance, or Divisional Finance Leader. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, comfortable operating in fast-growth, privately held environments, and possess deep expertise in GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and the ERP/WMS ecosystem. Responsibilities also include overseeing operations, cash, and banking, managing commercial and growth enablement, and ensuring governance and compliance with external stakeholders. The role demands a leader who can balance high-level strategy with operational execution and is adept at managing complex financial structures.
