About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the New York City Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional operations, business development, and project delivery within the heavy civil and public works infrastructure sector. This executive role demands a proven track record in both sales and project management, with a focus on complex projects in the NYC market. The Regional Vice President will provide senior oversight of office, field, and laboratory personnel, manage regional financial performance, and ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards. Strong leadership, technical expertise in QC testing and inspection processes, and a deep understanding of the local market are essential. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in heavy civil construction or materials testing/inspection. A background in the NYC market is a must, with a preference for familiarity with the NYC Department of Buildings Special Inspections Program. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong business acumen to drive operational performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and relevant certifications are a plus.
