About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Field Force Effectiveness to spearhead the transformation and optimization of its global field operations. This pivotal role is focused on driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and digital enablement for a large number of field professionals worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global field force effectiveness strategy, partnering with senior leaders to align field strategy with various business goals, and leading performance optimization initiatives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing capability building through training programs, championing a culture of excellence and compliance, and driving the adoption of digital and data enablement tools. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field excellence, or related leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale field teams or transformation programs. A deep understanding of HCP engagement models, CRM systems, and performance analytics is essential, as is experience with digital tools, AI/ML applications in commercial strategy, and omnichannel engagement. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, and an advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred. The Executive Director will also be responsible for change management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading global initiatives to modernize field operations and embed best practices.
