About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to take the helm of its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including State and Federal regulations and GAAP. This pivotal role involves overseeing a wide range of financial activities, such as accounting, purchasing, investments, and financial reporting. The CFO will also direct budgeting, financial planning, ALM and balance sheet management, product pricing, and investment strategy to align with the organization's goals. Strong leadership is essential, as the CFO will lead the Finance Department staff, provide oversight of internal controls, and ensure audit readiness. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, and a significant background in finance, accounting, and management within a financial institution. The role requires a candidate who is bondable and can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar capacity.
