About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Associate/Vice President for its Project Finance division. The successful candidate will serve as the primary Project Finance professional in the U.S., with a direct reporting line to the Global Project Finance team. This role is highly visible and entrepreneurial, offering full accountability for project finance activities in the U.S. The key responsibilities include independently evaluating project finance opportunities, building and reviewing financial models, preparing credit approval materials, leading transaction execution, and managing a portfolio of project finance assets. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong technical skill set, capable of operating independently, and have a background in project finance, infrastructure finance, or structured lending. Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and have approximately 4 to 8 years' of experience in project finance. A strong technical skill set is essential, with the ability to independently build and analyze complex project finance models. The role requires hands-on experience in evaluating and executing non-recourse or limited-recourse transactions, preferably at a global, regional, or peer project finance bank. The candidate should demonstrate an ownership mentality, be a self-starter, and possess strong communication skills in English.
